1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organizer of the competition on Facebook (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is Eduexpert Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at ul. Kociewska 22, 87-100 Toruń. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
  2. The prize is sponsored by the Organizer.
  3. The administrator of personal data provided by the Contest Participants is the Organizer.
  4. Providing personal data is optional, but necessary for the Participant to participate in the Contest. Persons providing data have the right to access, change or delete this data.
  5. These regulations define the terms and conditions of the Competition.
  6. The Contest is not created, administered, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook is a trademark of Facebook, Inc.
  7. The Organizer declares that the Competition is not a game of chance, a lottery, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, the outcome of which depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
  8. The competition is conducted on the Eduexpert website (hereinafter referred to as the “Fanpage”).
  9. The Organizer is responsible for supervising the proper conduct of the Competition, i.e. providing information about the Competition and handling complaints.

2. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

The Contest Participants may only be natural persons, consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, with full legal capacity, who are users and have an active account on Facebook.com; who have accepted these Regulations (hereinafter: "Participant").

The participant declares that:
  1. is a natural person with full legal capacity;
  2. has read the content of these Regulations and is participating in the Competition voluntarily;
  3. agrees to and accepts the terms of the Regulations, including having read the content regarding the procedure for receiving the prize and accepting it in full;
  4. undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulations, including the Facebook regulations;
  5. consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to
    with participation in the Competition;
  6. is a registered User of the social networking site Facebook;
  7. Employees and associates of the Organizer may not participate in the Competition.

3. PRIZE

  1. The Competition provides for a prize – for the 3 persons selected in the manner indicated in §6.
  1. The prize is a license for an educational multimedia product of your choice:
  • Musical fun. Sounds and words,
  • ABC of Safety. Emergency services,
  • Ecohunters.
  1. Information about the Prize will be included in the content of the Competition announcement published on the Facebook portal, on the Eduexpert profile
  1. Winners do not have the right to exchange the Prize for cash or any other type of prize.
  1. Winners may waive the Prize, but in return they are not entitled to cash or any other prize.

4. PLACE, TIME AND RULES OF THE COMPETITION

  1. The competition is available in the form of a competition announcement (hereinafter referred to as the "competition post") on the Facebook social networking site on the Organizer's profile at https://www.facebook.com/eduexpert.eu/
  1. The competition runs from 20/03/2024, 3:00 p.m. to 25/03/2024, 3:00 p.m.

5. RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

The task of the Competition Participant is:

  3. Sharing a contest post
  4. Finding 10 words related to spring in the competition post
    and write them down in the comments

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES

  1. Access to the Competition is free of charge and requires registration on the social networking site Facebook.
  1. The condition for participation in the Competition is the acceptance of the Regulations and the correct completion of all tasks described in § 5. Section 1 of the Regulations.
  1. The Organizer decides on the awarding of the prize by analyzing the correctness and attractiveness of the performance of the tasks described in § 5. Section 1 of the Regulations by the Contest Participants.
  1. From among the submitted applications, the Organizer will select 3 winners
  1. The Winner of the Competition will be notified of the win and the conditions for collecting the Prize via a private message sent on Facebook within 5 business days of the end of the competition.
  1. Public information about the win will also be posted in the comment to the competition post on https://www.facebook.com/eduexpert.eu/
  1. The condition for the distinguished Participant to receive the prize is to send a private message within 10 hours of the announcement of the Contest results on the Eduexpert fanpage with the following data:
  • name and surname
  • mailing address
  • phone number
  • email address
  1. Failure to send the message referred to in point 7 or exceeding the permissible response time or sending incorrect data shall result in the participant losing the right to the prize.
  1. The loss of the participant’s right to the prize referred to in paragraph 8 shall be transferred to the next person indicated by the committee.
  1. The prize awarded in the Competition will be sent to the participant within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Organizer of the information referred to in paragraph 6.
  1. The prizes will be sent at the Organizer's expense by courier to the address indicated by the Participant.

7. COMPETITION BOARD

  1. The works will be assessed by a competition jury consisting of:

  1. The works will be assessed in terms of:
    - correctness of fulfillment of all conditions.
  1. The composition of the Committee may change for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer.

8. SCOPE OF ORGANIZER'S LIABILITY

  1. The Organizer is not responsible for the reliability and truthfulness of the data of the Contest Participants, including the impossibility of delivering the prizes, due to reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular if he or she did not provide a real correspondence address or the data provided is incomplete or out of date.
  1. The Organizer declares that it does not control or monitor the content posted by Participants in terms of reliability and truthfulness,
    subject to actions related to the removal of violations of the Regulations or generally applicable provisions.
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Competition Participants whose actions are contrary to the law or the Regulations and Facebook's regulations, in particular participants who:
  1. a) post content that is inconsistent with applicable law or the Regulations available on Facebook (in particular, content that is offensive, both in text and in graphic form),
    and graphic);
  1. b) take action using an account/profile created in violation of Facebook's policies;
  1. c) take action using third-party accounts/profiles that are inconsistent with Facebook’s policies;
  1. d) interfere with the mechanism of operation of the Competition;
  1. e) they create fictitious accounts/profiles on Facebook
  1. The organizer is not responsible for any disruptions
    in the operation of telematics connections, servers, interfaces, browsers and the Facebook platform.
  1. The Organizer is not responsible for the temporary or permanent blocking of the website or application by Facebook.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  1. The personal data of the Competition Participants will be processed by the Organizer solely for the purpose of carrying out activities necessary for the proper conduct of the Competition.
  1. The personal data of the Contest Participants will be stored by the Organizer only for the period necessary to conduct the Contest.

  1. Participants have the right to view the processed data and to correct and delete it. Data is provided on a voluntary basis, but registration on the social networking site Facebook is required to participate in the Contest.

10. COPYRIGHT

  1. All intellectual property rights to the Competition belong to the Organizer. Participation in the Competition does not result in the acquisition of any intellectual property rights by the Participants. It is prohibited to violate intellectual property rights in the Competition in any way, in particular:
  1. a) copying, modifying and electronically transmitting or otherwise distributing the Contest mechanism or any part thereof,
    as well as individual works and databases, without the express written consent of the Administrator;
  1. b) using the Competition in a manner inconsistent with the Rules or generally applicable provisions.
  1. The organizers reserve the right to publish the photographs submitted to the competition, to place them on websites,
    in the media and use them in another form by providing the author's details (name
    and surname).

11. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS OF VIOLATIONS

  1. Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Competition should be submitted by the Participants in writing during the Competition, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issue of the Prizes.

  1. A complaint submitted after the deadline has no legal effects.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The regulations enter into force on 20.03.2024 and are valid until 25.03.2024
